This course covers agriculture from the local level
to the National level and may include an introduction of anything from
plant science, animal science and soil science. It explores the vast
number of career opportunities in the field of agriculture from being
a lawyer to a farmer. Leadership skills, record keeping and paramilitary
procedures are an intragrual part of the instruction along with the
student’s participation in the FFA program. The FFA program gives
many of the students the opportunity to travel throughout the state
to participate in Public Speaking Events and Career Development Events.
