This course of study provides students with an introduction
to all phases of woodworking. Students will develop safe woodworking
skills and habits while constructing various projects from native and
imported hardwoods. Specific project choices are assigned during the
first semester. After completing the assigned projects students will
be offered the opportunity to construct projects of their choice. Approval
of student project selection to be based upon skill levels demonstrated
in completion of required projects as well as parent approval.
Materials fee: $25.00 first semester, includes all materials to manufacture,
assemble, and finish required projects. $25.00 minimum second semester,
there may be additional fees based upon student/parent project selection.
